What happens if I miss a payment?
You get reminders and a grace period first. We work out a plan with you before any lock, especially around harvest timing.
Who owns the equipment?
You own it once the final payment is made. Until then it is financed by Kilowatta and our lenders.
What if the equipment breaks?
Contact your local agent. Repairs start within 72 hours of your report. Warranty: pumps and cold-storage compressors 24 months; batteries 24 months; controllers and inverters 12 months; solar panels 10 years against defects; installation and wiring 12 months. Cover stays valid while your payments are up to date and excludes misuse, theft, flooding and unauthorised repairs.
Do I need a smartphone?
No. You can use basic SMS or USSD to pay and check your account.
